Ordering & Payment
Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place an order directly through our website, by phone, or by email. Simply choose your bouquet or arrangement, provide delivery details, and complete the checkout process. Please note, general bouquet / flower delivery will not be available during 2027 due to being on maternity leave.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase.
Delivery
Q: Do you deliver flowers locally or nationwide?
A: We deliver across Cumbria and surrounding areas. For special arrangements or weddings, we can discuss bespoke delivery options. Please contact hello@edenandevefloral.co.uk for more information.
Q: Can I choose a specific delivery time?
A: For most orders you can select a preferred delivery date. If you have a specific delivery time in mind please contact us to discuss. Please note, delivery for gift bouquets will be unavailable throughout 2027 due to being on maternity leave.

Q: Can I request a custom bouquet?
A: Absolutely! We specialise in bespoke arrangements for weddings, events, and special occasions. Simply contact us with your vision.
Care & Longevity
Q: How should I care for my bouquet?
A: Trim the stems every 2 days, change the water daily, and keep flowers away from direct sunlight or heat to extend their life. Each bouquet comes with care instructions.
Q: How long will my flowers last?
A: Most bouquets last at least between 5–7 days, depending on the flower types and care.
Events & Weddings
Q: Do you provide flowers for weddings and events?
A: Yes, we offer full-service wedding and event floristry, including bridal bouquets, table arrangements, ceremony flowers, and installations.
Q: Can you work with specific themes or colour palettes?
A: Absolutely. We love tailoring designs to your personal style, venue, and theme to create cohesive and memorable arrangements.
