Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for most flowers and bouquets. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos of the item to help assess the issue.
Refunds
If your order is eligible for a refund, we will process it promptly once the issue is verified. Refunds are typically made using the same payment method used at purchase.
